Dr. Dietz will provide an opportunity for an interactive dialogue with attendees to
discuss the status of health promotion in this country and what role local
communities/states play in effecting positive change. How can and do the
leaders of these grass root efforts, such as the State Council’s and local
community coalitions maximize their efforts and collaborate with national leaders
such as CDC and others.
